Fridays work...

So today they started putting up roof trusses and plywood.  One of the workers came back after we got there and talked to me.  His name was Chad.  He thought they would work 1/2 day Saturday, probably to get the roof ready for shingles.  He thought that would be happening on Monday, by the roofing crew.  He also said the lady next door (I assume this would be Lee's wife, to the south) brought the guys over some lemonade and a snack.  He thinks everyone there is so nice.  That was good to hear.

Chad said they were working on the energy efficiency walls in the basement.  This is under the kitchen, the basement rec room.

This is the unfinished area under the great room.  They will be adding heat runs here so we could finish later.

This is a view when you are driving in (sort of, we pulled over on a side street).  Our house will be the one everyone sees driving into the subdivision.  Since all the major room areas will be on the backside of the house, car lights should not be a problem at night.
