Monday's work

Lots of little trim details going on...was after dark, so pics are not that good.  Wish they would get some lights in!!

Here is the start of the stairway banister.  They also have added the final stairs, which get covered with carpet.  The balusters are in the living room.  I assume those may go in next.

Looks like we are getting this area with the stained banister too!

Not sure what is going on here, but the whole area under the great room north wall is wet.  It is almost like something sprayed it from the basement, but I can't tell what.
